Boot Camp

   Tuesdays & Thursdays - 7pm to 8pm

Instructors - Nicole Spagrud & Andrea Stepp

This is the class for anyone who wants results! This class is designed to maximize fat burning, tone your body, increase your cardio, and push you to a new level. Each class will challenge you with something different from circuits to high intensity interval training to agility and sports training-this keeps your body guessing to avoid plateaus! This class is definitely not easy but you will love how good it makes you feel, how good it makes you look, and you will be shocked at how far you will come!

Full Throttle

   Mondays & Wednesdays - 6am to 7am

This is a full out, hard core workout that will make you sweat! Loads of variety to burn fat and build muscle. You won’t get bored in this full body class!

Power Hour

   Mondays & Wednesdays - 6pm to 7pm

Instructor - Faye Hoium

A full body conditioning workout that incorporates cardio and resistance training to help blast fat and increase muscle tone. Classes will include a variety of exercise techniques to keep you and your body guessing about what is coming next!!

Total Body Boot Camp/Bender Ball/Metabolic Conditioning

   Mondays (9:30am-10:30am), Weds. (10am-11am) & Fri. (9:30am-10:30am)
Starts Monday, Feb. 27th, Ends April 4th (3 days a week x 6 weeks)

Instructor - Kathy Erickson

This 3 day a week class has you covered! Each day of the week will challenge your body in a new way using tubing and hand weights. You will also discover innovative exercise using the Bender Ball, with combination of the Stability Ball. Metabolic Conditioning is a full Body workout designed to spike the metabolism by utilizing the whole body as one unit. Get Breathless and create heat all through low impact, metabolic timed training. This class will challenge every element of fitness, strength, core, cardio, mind, body and more.

This is a class for all fitness levels. If you are interested in only doing this class 2 times a week we can cater to that also.

Yummy Mommy Fitness Class

   Tuesdays 10am-10:40am

Are you ready to burn that baby bulge, shed the ‘mom-bum’ and get your fabulous body back? Bring your baby and join other Yummy Mommies just like you for a workout full of love, sweat and tears, fitness, friendship and support. Taught by a Certified Post-Natal Fitness Instructor and mom of twins! Snugglies optional!

XFit

   Wednesdays 12-1:00pm

CrossFit is a high intensity, constantly varied, functional exercise class. It targets the entire body making you strong in all domains and ready for anything life throws at you. CrossFit is designed to suit everyone's needs.
