Kathy Erickson is a certified SPRA (Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association) Group Fitness Instructor. She is a fitness consultant with over 17 years of experience. Kathy also maintains an International certification with IDEA, along with SPRA fitness leader accreditations. Kathy's expertises are interval training, cardio box, stability ball and strength training for both youth and seniors. Kathy also holds a current First Aid and CPR C. Shealese Haupstein is a certified SPRA (Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association) Group Fitness instructor. Shealese also studied and completed her STOTT Pilates at the Calgary Pilates Centre. She is certified in STOTT Pilates with her Level I Reformer as well as Level II Mat. Shealese welcomes you to email her with any questions or to inquire about her classes.

Faye Hoium is a Personal Trainer Specialist with Can-Fit-Pro. Faye has attained fitness goals in her life to heights those around her admire. Her new found strengths led her wanting to share her journey and experiences with many. She took her passion for her new lifestyle to a new level by becoming a personal trainer. Her positive outlook on life and strong caring encouragement will help motivate and support your new fitness goals. Lindsay Irwin is a certified Exercise Physiologist and is currently working at Weyburn Physical Therapy as an Exercise Therapist. Lindsay graduated from the University of Regina with a Kinesiology Degree in 2006. Previously, Lindsay worked as a Fitness Facilitator for RCMP Cadets at Depot for over 4 yrs. Lindsay recently became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in Sept 2011. She holds her current first aid and CPR C certificate. Lindsay is very active and has completed Ironman Canada in 2005 and she also completed one leg of the Death Race in Grande Cache, AB this summer. Nicole Spagrud is a certified AFLCA (Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association) Group Fitness Instructor. Over the years, she has taught a variety of classes including all types of cardio, strength and resistance training. Nicole is a certified pre and post natal fitness consultant. Nicole brings lots of new ideas to Olympia Fitness and we are proud to have her as part of our team of passionate fitness leaders!
