Devon Johnson

My name is Devon Johnson, I am 27 years old and I grew up in Pangman, Sk. I started playing hockey at the age of 4, and then gradually started playing baseball, volleyball and badminton. I have had a passion for sports and have always stayed active as long as I can remember! I have been exercising in the gym for over a decade. When I started going to the gym, I realized I loved the feeling I had while in the gym and the sense of accomplishment when I left the gym. That’s when I knew I wanted to work in such a great environment and start helping people feel the same way I did. I have completed my Personal Fitness Trainer certificate through ISSA and I am currently working on my nutrition. I plan to continue my education by getting my strength and conditioning certificate and exercise therapy in the next couple of years. I am looking forward to starting my new career, helping people feel good about themselves and developing new friendships. Twila Walkeden

An International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Fitness Trainer and is passionate about leading a healthy and active lifestyle. Twila has been active in fitness classes, yoga and weight training for over 25 years and brings that level of experience and passion to the gym every day. Twila is also an avid runner, having completed 4 half marathons, 7 marathon relays and numerous shorter distance races. Twila has maintained her OHS Standard First Aid, CPR-A and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Certification for over 15 years. Twila has inspired her three daughters to live active, healthy lifestyles and strives to create a healthy balance in her own busy life. With a primary focus on functional fitness, Twila specializes in circuit and interval training classes which are aimed at improving your overall fitness level through both body weight exercises and weight training. With individual clients, her goal is to help people realize the importance of physical activity for improved overall health, including disease and injury prevention. Twila strives to be a mentor to anyone who desires greater abundance in health and fitness, stronger confidence, vibrancy and greater happiness within themselves. Availability: Monday to Friday evenings and weekends. Faye Houim
My name is Faye Hoium and I am a Can Fit Pro Certified Personal Trainer Specialist.

I received my training in 2009 and have since started training clients one on one and also doing group fitness classes.
